Ingredients
Scale
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- handful baby spinach
- 1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 scoop Genuine Health Vanilla Protein
- lots of ice!
Toppings
- hemp hearts
- shredded coconut
- handful of granola
- sliced banana
- sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Place all Smoothie ingredients into a High Powered Blender (I use a Vitamix)
- Pulse slowly until a thick consistency is reached
- Top with your favourite superfoods!
