Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 cup frozen raspberries
  3. 3/4 cup almond milk
  4. 2 pitted dates
  5. 2 tbsp oats
  6. 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  7. handful baby spinach
  8. 1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  9. 1 scoop Genuine Health Vanilla Protein
  10. lots of ice!
Toppings
  1. hemp hearts
  2. shredded coconut
  3. handful of granola
  4. sliced banana
  5. sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place all Smoothie ingredients into a High Powered Blender (I use a Vitamix)
  2. Pulse slowly until a thick consistency is reached
  3. Top with your favourite superfoods!
