MEET JORDANA HART

Jordana Hart is an award-winning Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and the #girlboss behind I HART NUTRITION INC. which is a brand, blog, Instagram account and private nutrition practice. The IHART approach is all about attainable wellness, with an emphasis on balance and moderation.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Jordana began her journey at the University of Western Ontario in London, and completed an Honours Double Major. Upon returning to Toronto, she decided to pursue her passion for health & nutrition, and studied at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.

Jordana’s been practicing as a nutritionist for over 8 years, and loves helping individuals create healthy relationships with food and the body. She is devoted to her clients and IG community, where she shares her daily approach to health and wellness, food, lifestyle, and everything in between!

A NOTE FROM JORD

Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by 😉 I created I HART NUTRITION to channel my passion for health and wellness and really never expected that it would grow into what it is today. 

I grew up with acne prone skin, anxiety, and never felt confident in my own skin. I realized down the road that a healthy lifestyle is not just about food. It’s about taking care of yourself on a day-to-day basis with a healthy diet, daily movement, and lifestyle changes. There is so much mixed information out there, and I wanted to create a space that promotes living a healthy, yet balanced lifestyle. I’ve experienced first hand the positive impacts of changing my diet and lifestyle with consistent and sustainable habits; it helped me clear up my skin, look and feel my best, and feel calm and grounded in my life.

I am a huge health nut, but I’m also a huge foodie! Being healthy does not mean being on a diet, nor does it mean feeling restricted in your life. Sometimes it means a kale salad with salmon, and other times it means a bowl of pasta and a glass of wine. The I Hart Nutrition philosophy is all about balance and moderation, and feeling good in your own skin!
