Ingredients

- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 small white onion, chopped ( or 1/2 cup of any onion chopped)
- 1 container ground chicken
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped fine
- bunch of kale including stems, chopped
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Set your instant pot to “saute” and add in 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- Add in chopped onion and saute for a minute or two and sprinkle with a pinch of salt
- Add in ground chicken and let cook another 3 minutes breaking up pieces with a spoon
- Top with the remaining ingredients, put the lid on and set pressure cooker for 15 minutes
- Once it’s done, I like to do the quick release because I don’t have time to let it slow release lol
