Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  2. 1 small white onion, chopped ( or 1/2 cup of any onion chopped)
  3. 1 container ground chicken
  4. 2 carrots, chopped
  5. 2 stalks of celery, chopped fine
  6. bunch of kale including stems, chopped
  7. 1 jar tomato sauce
  8. 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  9. 1/2 cup water
  10. Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Set your instant pot to “saute” and add in 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  2. Add in chopped onion and saute for a minute or two and sprinkle with a pinch of salt
  3. Add in ground chicken and let cook another 3 minutes breaking up pieces with a spoon
  4. Top with the remaining ingredients, put the lid on and set pressure cooker for 15 minutes
  5. Once it’s done, I like to do the quick release because I don’t have time to let it slow release lol
