TORONTO GROCERY/FOOD DELIVERY OPTIONS

The past month has been a whirlwind. As a Nutritionist and blogger, visiting the grocery store multiple times a week is just part of my lifestyle. Of course, that has drastically changed, and grocery delivery service and curbside pick up has become my new normal.

I am lucky enough that I have an existing membership with Fresh City Farms that provides me with weekly grocery deliveries, but I am also using some of these great options below. I wanted to get this list up and running as soon as possible, so that as a community you know your options, and you can share them with your loved ones.

Please keep in mind that due to the influx of orders, most of these retailers are constantly updating their procedures, and also all of their websites have a ‘COVID-19’ update so I encourage you to visit the websites directly to learn more. Feel free to comment below with any feedback or questions you have, as I would love to hear from you. I will continue to update this list as I learn/hear about more options!

GROCERY DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Please note, many of the below options offer customer pick up as well, so always call in advance depending on which option is preferable to you 🙂

Apps/Websites: These are essentially third party apps that work with different retailers and grocery stores. Once you create an account, it will ask for your postal code, and you’ll be provided with a list of your local stores. There are delivery and customer pick up options, and as mentioned they are often backed up so it’s important to plan ahead!
