Ingredients
1 very thinly sliced cucumber
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil ( ideally toasted!)
1/2 tsp flaky or sea salt
Pepper
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp sriracha
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Combine well and enjoy! I like letting it sit for at least 30 minutes.
