1 portion of salmon 6-8 oz
salt & pepper
Sauce ingredients: 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 clove minced garlic 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp pure maple syrup ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar (any vinegar)
Sprinkle of chili flakes (optional)
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and top with salmon. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and pour on top of the salmon. Top with chopped pistachios and parsley. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked to your liking. For reference I cooked this for 18 minutes!
