As promised here are my oatmeal almond flour chocolate chip muffins! These are SO easy to make, and taste delicious! I like swapping white flour for healthier alternatives like oats and almond flour 🙂 Can be made gluten free by using gluten free oats. As always please let me know how you like them!

Ingredients

- 1.5 cups oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4–1/2 semi sweet mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease 12 muffins tins with cooking spray
- in a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients ( leave some chocolate chips to sprinkle on top) Add in wet ingredients and stir well. Distribute to muffin tins and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 24 minutes and allow to cool at least 15 min!
