These are the most iconic, delicious and crisp salmon rolls you’ll ever try. To add, they are healthy too. We love this combination. These truly never disappoint! Serve with your favourite dipping sauce. I’ve included my sesame green onion dipping sauce below. You all need to make these asap, whether that is for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
Salmon filet, skin removed & chopped into chunks
For the homemade sauce:
2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp chili oil or sriracha
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
Instructions
1. Season bite sized pieces of boneless salmon with a touch of olive oil, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
2. Sear the salmon on each side for 3-4 min in avocado oil ( or bake in oven or air fryer!)
3. Soften the rice paper in water ( doesn’t have to be totally soft)
4. Top rice paper with salmon, green onion, avocado, and sliced + seeded jalapeño pepper
5. Cook the rolls in the same pan + oil you used for the salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook until golden
6. Serve with your favourite sauce
