Ingredients

  1. 1.5 heaping cups walnuts
  2. 1.5 heaping cups pitted dates (if they are hard, make sure to soak in water first!)
  3. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  4. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  5. 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  6. tiny pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture looks dough like.
  2. Wet your hands, and roll into small balls.
  3. Keep them in fridge/freezer
