Ingredients

  1. 1 cup almond flour
  2. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  3. 3/4 cup tahini
  4. 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  10. generous handful of dairy free mini chocolate chips + chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once the batter is ready form into 12ish small balls, flatten ever so slightly with a finger or a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before eating.
