- 1 cup oats (not steel cut!)
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1.5 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 honey crisp apple, finely chopped
- toppings- anything you want! granola, figs, sliced banana, berries, granola
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour up to overnight!
- Top with your favourite toppings
