Ingredients

  1. 1 cup oats (not steel cut!)
  2. 1.5 cups almond milk
  3. 1.5 tbsp pure maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. 3 tbsp chia seeds
  6. 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  7. 1 honey crisp apple, finely chopped
  8. toppings- anything you want! granola, figs, sliced banana, berries, granola

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour up to overnight!
  2. Top with your favourite toppings
  3. Enjoy ????
