Ingredients

- 3/4 cup oats
- 3/4 cup + 2tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips or chocolate chunks + more if you prefer more chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 & grease a 6 doughnut pan
- In a high powered blender, blend everything together aside from the chocolate for about 30 seconds- 1 minute. Texture should be very thick.
- Pour mixture into each doughnut cavity ( the batter is thick so you will need to use a spoon to properly distribute)
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips + bake for 25 minutes
- Allow to cool 10 minutes before eating
