3 spotty/very ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 cups 1:1 gluten free flour (can sub results flour too!)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips + more to sprinkle on top
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine wet ingredients and mix. Add in dry ingredients and mix. Line a loaf pan with parchment and pour batter into the pan. Top with more chocolate chips. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for at least 15 minutes, I know this is hard but trust me. Slice and enjoy!
P.S. I baked for 50 min but it could’ve used an extra 5 min!
