  • 1 package of your favourite pasta (I used  Maria’s gluten free kale pea pasta)
  • 1 small jar of your favourite pesto
  • Burrata
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Fresh pepper and white truffle salt


  1. Cook pasta according to box directions
  2. Combine cooked pasta with your favourite pesto sauce
  3. Top with burrata and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, chili flakes, fresh pepper, and white truffle salt.
