  1. 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha
  2. 1 scoop unflavoured collagen peptides- this and this are my faves
  3. 1 cup hot water
  4. ½ cup steamed unsweetened nut milk or oat milk
  5. ½ tsp honey or maple syrup


I blend everything in a high powered blender! The collagen is not necessary but does make it extra frothy!
