  2. handful of arugula
  3. dollop of hummus
  4. 1⁄2 cup shredded red cabbage
  5. 3⁄4 cup Israeli salad ( chopped tomato, parsley, cucumber)

Dressing:

  1. Tahini
  2. Fresh lemon juice and a dash of salt & pepper
