Ingredients

- 6 @yvesveggiecuisine falafel balls
- handful of arugula
- dollop of hummus
- 1⁄2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 3⁄4 cup Israeli salad ( chopped tomato, parsley, cucumber)
Dressing:
- Tahini
- Fresh lemon juice and a dash of salt & pepper
