- bag organic Frozen California Strawberries
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1.5 cups oats
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Grease a 9 x 9 inch square pan or small cast iron skillet
- Add in the strawberries and mix in the 2tbsp coconut sugar
- In a medium sized bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and layer on top of the strawberry
- mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden and the berries are bursting.
- Top with your favourite coconut ice cream
