2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
1/2 tsp cinnamon
jam of choice


1. Preheat oven to 350°C. In a large bowl, mix everything together (aside from the jam) to form a dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll dough into small balls and press your thumb in the middle to make a little indent. Bake for 9 minutes and remove from oven. Using a small spoon make a bit more of an indent and fill with a little bit of jam.
3. Bake for another 4 minutes. Allow to cool for 7 minutes or else they will fall apart.
