Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop collagen (optional)
- generous handful of dairy free mini chocolate chips + chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Combine everything in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once the batter is ready form into 12ish small balls, flatten ever so slightly with a finger or a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before eating.
