Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup oat flour
  2. 1/2 cup chia seeds
  3. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. tiny pinch of salt
  5. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  6. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  7. 3/4 cup almond milk
  8. 1 very ripe banana
  9. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Place all ingredients aside from the banana and chocolate chips into a medium bowl and mix well using a fork
  3. In a high powered blender, blend everything together aside from the chocolate chips for 10 seconds.
  4. Grease a 6 doughnut pan and pour mixture into each cavity, sprinkle with chocolate chips
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before eating
