Ingredients

- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- tiny pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 very ripe banana
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300
- Place all ingredients aside from the banana and chocolate chips into a medium bowl and mix well using a fork
- In a high powered blender, blend everything together aside from the chocolate chips for 10 seconds.
- Grease a 6 doughnut pan and pour mixture into each cavity, sprinkle with chocolate chips
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before eating
