  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed well
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients in a bowl, form into 12-15 balls, and place on lined baking sheet.
  3. Use a fork, spatula, or your finger to gently press down on each cookie.
  4. Bake 17-20 min. Cool for at least 5-10 min and enjoy!
