- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed well
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients in a bowl, form into 12-15 balls, and place on lined baking sheet.
- Use a fork, spatula, or your finger to gently press down on each cookie.
- Bake 17-20 min. Cool for at least 5-10 min and enjoy!
