You’re all here for the same reason you want to begin a healthy diet. But like anything in life, you have to start somewhere, and that somewhere should be incorporating some superfoods into your diet. If you are unwilling to ELIMINATE certain foods from your diet, try incorporating NEW foods into your diet.
Throughout my blog I often reference “superfoods”, so today ihart is here to explain what these foods are:
Superfoods are foods that contain more than 12 unique health benefits. These foods contain high concentrations of minerals, trace minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, proteins, enzymes, and essential fatty acids (omegas 3 + 6).
