Banana Chocolate Chunk Doughnuts (vegan)

Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup oats
  2. 3/4 cup + 2tbsp almond milk
  3. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  4. 1 ripe banana
  5. 1/2 cup chia seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1.5 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/8 tsp salt
  9. 3 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips or chocolate chunks + more if you prefer more chocolate
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 & grease a 6 doughnut pan
  2. In a high powered blender, blend everything together aside from the chocolate for about 30 seconds- 1 minute. Texture should be very thick.
  3. Pour mixture into each doughnut cavity ( the batter is thick so you will need to use a spoon to properly distribute)
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips + bake for 25 minutes
  5. Allow to cool 10 minutes before eating
