The Perfect Summer Quencher: Watermelon, Kale, Carrot Juice

juice-This morning I was craving something fresh, energizing, and summerlicious-so STRAIGHT to my juicer I went!  I threw in 3 easy ingredients: Kale, Carrots, and Watermelon (totally  these ingredients).

Watermelon is a great ingredient for juice because it provides LOTS of liquid and completely masks the taste of the kale. Aha! 30 seconds later and I had the perfect summer quencher!

Ingredients
  1. 1 large carrot
  2. 2 cups of raw kale
  3. 1 cup of diced watermelon
Instructions
  1. Wash fruits and vegetables, put all of the ingredients in juicer, & enjoy
Notes
  1. Start by juicing leafy greens, and then move onto your bigger fruits/veggies

  • Wash your produce before juicing!
