*My personal go to = Spinach, Feta & Egg White Breakfast Wrap. It is has a an excellent balance of fat, protein, and carbohydrates.

 p.s. Starbucks offers mini desserts called “petites”; all of which are less than 15 grams of fat, and less than 200 calories. But I rather not have a snack that’s the size of my pinky so I chose not to include these pathetic “petites” in the ranking.
